Desert Family Sanctuary with Pool, putting, & Arcade

Great location and very comfortable Positive: I rented this house for the location and because it had a lot of amenities that I wanted. It was perfect for what I had to do and close to a lot of things. It’s in a very safe neighborhood in the area has a lot to offer. The backyard was beautiful and had a putting green, which was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, we were there during record-breaking temperatures so it was very hot. But we still got out and enjoyed the pool. The home was very comfortable inside and all the bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable as well. The laundry room looks to have a new washer and dryer and they worked really well. The front of the house has a game room with pinball machines in a Pac-Man machine. Those were a lot of fun and I can’t even describe how cool the projection screen is. It feels like you’re in a movie theater so buy some popcorn! Surround sound is amazing too. It was a great place for us to hang out after being out in the heat during the day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including spices. There is even a reverse osmosis unit under the sink as well as an air filtration system in the living room. I’d also like to stay that the owners were very responsive to my questions. Stephen would respond quickly and made it very easy to communicate. We really enjoyed ourselves and I hope this place is available when we return. Negative: I can’t say there’s anything I did not like about the property. I have some suggestions, but nothing bad. I would suggest putting instructions how to light the barbecue because I couldn’t get it to work for me. I pushed in the button where it says light, but nothing happened so I had to use a lighter instead. Kind of a pain though because I had to take the grade off, which are a bit dirty. I would suggest also adding another umbrella over the outdoor table. Last I would suggest either shades in the kitchen or a rollup shade outside the kitchen to keep the sun from beating in. Same goes for the master bathroom. It gets quite hot in there when it’s above 100°.

God's blessings and provisions Positive: This was the absolute perfect house for my family to stay!! We traveled from Fort Myers, Florida to Phoenix for my daughter's graduation from Grand canyon University with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree! My husband, myself, two daughters and five grandchildren had the best and most comfortable experience staying at this beautiful home in Scottsdale! Negative: As a matter of fact, I had looked at booking this house over a year ago before we knew and my daughter's graduation was going to actually take place. I have a cousin who was able to get us comped rooms via paying points at a Hyatt place in Phoenix. Which was actually a horrible experience for us, so less than 24 hours later we were looking for a place to stay! It's truly a God experience, to have the same home become available for the remainder of our stay and it be so overwhelmingly comfortable!

Positive: Golf , pool, outdoor setup. Beds where comfortable. Negative: Coffee pot didnt work , i believe it needed to be descaled There was a garbage oder we could not find with was hard to get over. Could of been the garbage disposal. Both propane tank where empty for fire out side , unsure if we needed to supply or ?? I would figure they would fill them. I would say , whom ever does the cleanup and walk thru on this property should take a little more time to do a proper checklist

Misleading, false advertisement & management is of no help. Positive: The pool did not work. We rented specifically for the “Heated Pool” in the title. It was cold, filthy, vacuum hose disconnected & the water was below the tile line & basket. Negative: They could have cleaned the back yard. Leaves every where. Heavy! Not just some wind that picked up a day or two before. I wish I could post pictures. We didn’t even unload the car. Bad start to an anniversary.

Property is set up for entertaining both family and friends of all ages. Timely responses from the host made it convenient and reassuring.
