Overall it was a very nice place to stay and we enjoyed our trip! Positive: The house was beautiful and was decorated very nice for Christmas. It was a nice little neighborhood and at a great location. The yard was a nice place to relax by the firepit and hot tub/pool. The owner was responsive with any questions. Negative: The landscapers were a little noisy at times using the leaf blowers early in the morning. They came in to clean the yard on Sunday afternoon when we were enjoying the yard and had to go inside for a bit while they worked. Outside grill was a little dirty. Lights in pool not working so a little dark by pool area at night.

I rented the house for my 60th birthday. Had a few friends from Florida and Missouri. Stay with me and they all commente Positive: Property was in an excellent location, and I cannot say enough how awesome the communication was between the property owners and I. Negative: The property is in a great location, amazing restaurants and nearby the yard pool and house was neat clean and tidy very relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! Positive: This property was awesome. It’s in a nice neighborhood. It was comfortable and there was plenty of fun to be had there during our downtime. The host was responsive and very helpful for the few questions we had. Negative: Nothing
