We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! Positive: This property was awesome. It’s in a nice neighborhood. It was comfortable and there was plenty of fun to be had there during our downtime. The host was responsive and very helpful for the few questions we had. Negative: Nothing

Lovely home with many amenities, needs somebody to cool upkeep in and around the home Positive: The size of the home was nice the pool was refreshing and was close to stores Negative: The grounds in backyard so many leaves the outdoor grill was not clean and the drawer below the grill was unkept and dirty. Though having multiple TVs, they were difficult to operate. Could not get any local stations.

Positive: Location. Deanna the property manager was great. Negative: Electric door lock faulty. Waited outside at least 30 minutes in arizona heat. Nobody cleaned. We cleaned, BBQ, yard, patio, windows and things left from last tenants. Propane tanks empty. BBQ would not start. Things showing in photo, not there to use. Yard game pieces and pool balls missing. Some things were fixed, but could not use BBQ for the first 2 days of a 4 day stay. Again Deanna was amazing in assisting. Requested a partial refund from owner and request was ignored 🙁. When we left, it was definately cleaner than when we arrived. Hopefully their newer cleaning team gets the retraining time they need.
